The HR Business Partner will focus on HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and policy development. This role will work closely with management and employees to ensure alignment with organizational goals and foster a positive workplace culture.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the complete recruitment cycle, including sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and seamless integration of new hires.
  • Develop, update, and enforce HR policies in line with labor laws and organizational objectives.
  • Serve as a strategic partner in managing employee relationships with a positive and productive approach, acting as a coach and guide.
  • Collaborate with employees at all levels, especially team leads and department heads, to ensure HR interventions are empowering and solution-focused.
  • Demonstrate excellent conflict management skills with a win-win approach to resolving interpersonal or organizational issues.
  • Oversee performance management and appraisal systems, assisting. 
  • Team Leads in setting OKRs and conducting employee reviews.
  • Address employee relations matters such as grievances and conflict resolution while fostering a positive, collaborative work environment.
  • Design and implement employee engagement programs, retention strategies, and well-being initiatives.
  • Coordinate learning and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and career progression.
  • Maintain HR records and employee databases and ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address HR-related operational needs, streamlining workflows and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Handle ad-hoc administrative tasks and projects assigned by management.
  • Adapt to changing priorities and multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ensure timely and accurate issuance of essential employee documents, including appointment letters, salary slips, tax deduction certificates, warning letters, and show cause notices, while maintaining compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Required Qualifications:

  • Masters degree (Preferably P.HD or M.Phil) in Human Resources or a related field.

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in Senior HR roles, preferably in a digital marketing or technology environment.
  • Strong knowledge of People management, HR practices, and labor laws.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Proficiency in HR software (e.g., HRIS)
