Responsibilities

Managing Day-to-Day Business Operations.

  • Coordinate with internal departments and stakeholders to ensure that resources needed are available to establish and provide an effective operational management.
  • Introduce updated performance metrics for measurement, comparison, or evaluation of factors affecting the operations.
  • Participate as an advisory member of the Business development team, providing information and guidance on availability and cost of supplies and materials.
  • Prepare prices for Sales Managers according to the best policy practices as and when required.
  • Act as part of the team coordinating engineering changes, product line extension, or new product launches to ensure timely and orderly material and production flow transitions.
  • Ensuring Uninterrupted Supply Chain OperationsMonitor the performance of suppliers, assessing their ability to meet quality and delivery requirements; identifies and qualifies new suppliers in collaboration with other departments.
  • Develop and maintain detailed inventories of materials and supplies located in the company, at warehouse, and in the factory that is under production process.
  • Maintain required quantity of supplies and materials to optimize production.
  • Scrutinize current inventories and procedures; suggests improvements to increase efficiency of supply chain and profitability for the company.
  • Develop and implement policies to increase efficiency throughout the supply chain operations while ensuring quality and safety; implements subsequent changes to processes.Providing Logistics Support
  • Identifies best shipment and transportation routes with attention to consolidation of warehousing and stock distribution.Facilitating Company-wide
  • Work with the board of directors to determine values and mission, and plan for short and long-term goals.
  • Identify and address problems and opportunities for the company.Communication & Coordination
  • Build alliances and partnerships with other organizations.
  • Support worker communication with the management team.

  • Working Days: (Monday - Saturday) 9:00am - 5:00pm
  • Location: LahoreExperience: 10 years
  • Qualification:  MBA in Supply Chain
  • Salary & benefits: Medical Insurance - Bonus - Yearly Increment
