We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing our social media presence, creating and scheduling engaging content, and running paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, LinkedIn, and Instagram. The role requires excellent skills in content creation, data analysis, and optimizing campaigns to drive engagement and growth.

Key Responsibilities: 

Social Media Management

  • Create and manage a monthly Social Media Calendar, ensuring timely and consistent content delivery.
  • Post 5 engaging posts daily on LinkedIn and Instagram, including 1 post each weekend.
  • Identify peak engagement hours on LinkedIn and Instagram to schedule posts for maximum reach.
  • Design visually appealing posts using tools like Canva or similar platforms.
  • Consistently build and grow LinkedIn followers to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Paid Advertising

  • Run and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Monitor ad performance, analyze key metrics, and adjust campaigns for optimal results.
  • Maximize ad spend by implementing cost-effective strategies and bid adjustments.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to comments, messages, and mentions across all social media platforms.
  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions, etc.).
  • Stay updated with social media trends, platform algorithm changes, and best practices.
  • Plan and execute organic and paid social media campaigns aligned with marketing objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience managing social media accounts and paid advertising campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Google Ads, Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Canva, Hootsuite, Buffer).
  • Strong ability to create engaging content for social platforms (images, videos, captions).
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to engage with the online community.
  • Ability to track, analyze, and report on performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
