We are looking for Assisstant Manager - Planning & Finance for one its leading client.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Planning & Budgeting

Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and long-term financial plans.
Coordinate with departments to gather budget inputs and consolidate data.
Monitor budget adherence and highlight variances with explanations.

2. Forecasting & Financial Analysis

Support monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasts based on business performance.
Conduct variance analysis comparing actuals vs. budget/forecast.
Provide actionable insights to improve financial outcomes.

3. Reporting & MIS

Prepare regular financial and management reports (P&L, cash flow, balance sheet).
Analyze trends, costs, revenues, and financial commitments.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of financial reports to management.

4. Strategic Support

Assist in evaluating investment proposals, cost-saving initiatives, and new business opportunities.
Support strategic planning processes and scenario analysis.

5. Compliance & Controls

Ensure adherence to financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Support internal and external audits with required documentation and analysis.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
MBA (Finance) or professional certification (e.g., CA, CMA, CFA) is preferred.
