Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and periodic forecasts across business units.
Support the development and monitoring of long-term financial plans and strategic initiatives.
Perform variance analysis between actual and budgeted financials and provide actionable insights.
Compile, analyze, and report financial performance metrics to senior management.
Collaborate with various departments to gather inputs and ensure alignment with financial plans.
Prepare management reports, dashboards, and presentations on financial and operational performance.
Contribute to cost control initiatives and financial efficiency improvements.
Support the month-end and year-end closing processes.
Maintain financial models and tools to support business decisions.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity in financial systems and reports.
Requirements:
Education & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field (Master’s or MBA is a plus).
2–4 years of relevant experience in financial planning & analysis or corporate finance.
