Telesales Representative

Looking for Telesales Representative who is responsible for generating sales by calling potential and existing customers, promoting products or services, and securing orders. The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator with a passion for sales, a strong customer service orientation, and the ability to close deals efficiently and effectively

Key Responsibilities:

Outbound Calls: Make outbound calls to potential customers and existing clients to promote products or services.

Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales quotas and targets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new sales leads through research and follow-up calls.

Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing relevant information and addressing any inquiries.

Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on product features, benefits, and pricing to effectively communicate offerings to customers.

Cold Calling: Proactively reach out to potential customers who have not yet shown interest in the product or service.

Objection Handling: Address customer concerns, handle objections, and provide solutions to overcome barriers to sales.

Order Processing: Accurately process orders and assist customers with completing transactions, ensuring all required documentation is submitted.

CRM Management: Record all sales activities, customer interactions, and updates in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance, including conversion rates, sales progress, and challenges.

Customer Retention: Work with existing customers to encourage repeat business and ensure satisfaction.
