Key Responsibilities:

  1. Platform Oversight: Oversee the functionality, performance, and upgrades of core platforms including HRMS, SAP, EMIS, and other business-critical systems.

  2. User Support & Troubleshooting: Manage and resolve user issues, system bugs, and access requests across all supported platforms in coordination with relevant vendors or internal teams.

  3. System Integration & Optimization: Ensure proper integration of digital platforms for smooth data flow and reporting. Identify opportunities for automation and digital improvement.

  4. Coordination with Departments: Liaise with HR, Finance, Programs, and Admin teams to understand system needs and deliver technical support aligned with operational goals.

  5. Data Security & Access Control: Ensure user access management, data privacy, and platform security in accordance with organizational policies and compliance standards.

  6. Training & Capacity Building: Organize user trainings and develop simple user manuals or SOPs to enhance platform adoption and efficiency.

  7. Vendor Management: Coordinate with software vendors and consultants for maintenance, customizations, service agreements, and system upgrades.

  8. Reporting & Documentation: Maintain documentation of support activities, change logs, and performance reports for IT systems under management.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience managing enterprise systems and providing IT support, ideally within HRMS, SAP, EMIS, or similar platforms.

  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
