Duties and Accountabilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable web applications using PHP, Laravel, React.js, and Node.js, ensuring high performance and exceptional user experiences.
- Integrate third-party APIs and other essential programs to enhance application functionality and data processing capabilities.
- Collaborate with project managers, designers, and other developers to understand project requirements, propose solutions, and deliver successful outcomes.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior developers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery.
Selection Criteria:
- Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field, demonstrating a strong academic background and theoretical knowledge.
- Proven track record of at least 5 years in web development, showcasing proficiency in PHP, Laravel, React.js, and Node.js.
- Extensive experience in API integration and other relevant programs, effectively utilizing various tools and technologies.
- Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with shifting work priorities and demands and tight deadlines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated strong ability to work effectively under pressure, meeting tight deadlines without compromising code quality.
- Prior experience in project management, Teamwork, provides outstanding customer service and showcasing leadership capabilities.
