Responsibilities

  • Monitor and secure construction sites using CCTV cameras to ensure safety and prevent unauthorized access.
  • Lead and supervise a team of two watchers, ensuring efficient and effective operations.
  • Communicate in English with Scotland's response/support team for incident reporting and coordination.
  • Exhibit strong English communication and leadership skills in managing the team and collaborating with stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in English communication (spoken and written).
  • Strong leadership and supervisory skills to manage a small team effectively.
  • Experience in monitoring and managing security systems, particularly CCTV cameras.
  • Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night and morning schedules.
  • Punctuality, responsibility, and adaptability to schedule changes.

Duty Timing

  • Rotational Shifts:
    • One week of night shift (8 PM to 4 AM) followed by one week of morning shift (4 AM to 12 PM).
    • 4 days off between each shift rotation.
  • Weekend Shifts:
    • Saturdays and Sundays: 12-hour shifts each.
  • Monthly Schedule (Rota):
    • 4 days off after working for 7 consecutive days.
