We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Call Center Representative to join our Marketing & Sales team. In this role, you will engage with potential and existing customers to promote products/services, generate leads, and drive sales. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a persuasive sales approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce products/services and qualify leads.
Deliver compelling sales pitches addressing customer needs and overcoming objections to close sales.
Maintain a high conversion rate by following up on leads and nurturing customer relationships.
Accurately log customer interactions, sales data, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
Meet or exceed daily/weekly sales targets and KPIs.
Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries and resolving concerns professionally.
Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and industry trends to enhance sales effectiveness.
Collaborate with the marketing team to refine sales strategies based on customer feedback.
