We are seeking a creative and skilled Fashion Designer to join our dynamic team in Rawalpindi. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience working with leading brands in Pakistan, showcasing their ability to innovate and create captivating clothing designs. The Fashion Designer will be responsible for translating concepts into appealing garments, ensuring each piece aligns with current trends and the brand's aesthetic vision. The role requires proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop, along with strong skills in pattern making. While this position does not involve managing a team, it offers the opportunity to collaborate with various stakeholders, including suppliers and manufacturers, to bring designs to life.

Responsibilities

Develop innovative clothing designs that reflect current fashion trends and consumer preferences.
Utilize Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop to create detailed design sketches and technical drawings.
Create and refine patterns, ensuring that garments fit properly and adhere to quality standards.
Collaborate with the production team to communicate design details and make adjustments as needed.
Conduct market research to stay updated on competitor designs, emerging trends, and consumer demands.
Present design concepts and prototypes to management or stakeholders for feedback and approval.
Prepare specifications for garment production, including fabric selection, color palettes, and fitting requirements.
Oversee the fitting process to ensure samples meet design and fit specifications, making necessary alterations.
Maintain a portfolio of designs that showcase creativity and evolution over time.
Participate in fashion shows, exhibitions, and other promotional events to showcase designs and gain exposure.
