Use GDS systems (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo) or supplier portals to manage bookings
Provide expert advice on travel destinations, visa requirements, insurance, and itineraries
Handle booking changes, cancellations, and special requests professionally and efficiently
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
Stay informed on travel trends, promotions, and airline/hotel offers
Meet and exceed individual sales targets, contributing to the agency’s growth
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Travel Agent
Strong knowledge of travel products, services, and global geography
Proficiency in GDS or other booking platforms
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Sales-oriented with a proactive and positive attitude
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
