HR Manager / Recruiter

We are looking for a dynamic and driven on-site HR Manager/Recruiter to join us as the founding member of our HR department. In this role, needs to set up HR processes from scratch, manage end-to-end recruitment, and handle all aspects of employee engagement and resource management.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement HR policies and processes.
Manage full-cycle recruitment including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
Build and promote a strong company culture aligned with IgnixTech’s vision and values.
Maintain employee records and handle HR documentation.
Handle performance management, employee relations, and engagement activities.
Assist in organizational development and resource planning.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR best practices.
Act as a trusted advisor to the founder regarding people and culture strategies.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
