We are looking for a results-driven and experienced Amazon Account Manager to lead and grow our Amazon private label and wholesale operations. The ideal candidate will have full ownership of Amazon Seller Central accounts, optimizing performance through strategic product listings, PPC advertising, inventory control, and brand management. You’ll work closely with internal teams to ensure the smooth running and profitability of our Amazon store while maintaining compliance with platform policies.

Responsibilities:

 Product Management & Listing Optimization:

  •  Create optimize, and manage product listings (titles, bullet points, descriptions, keywords, images) for maximum visibility and conversions.
  •  Utilize Amazon SEO strategies, keyword research, and competitor analysis to enhance rankings.
  •  Develop A+ Content and Amazon Storefront layouts to strengthen brand presence.

Account & Brand Management:

  •  Manage FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) and FBM (Fulfillment by Merchant) operations.
  •  Monitor account health metrics, resolve policy violations, and prevent suspensions.
  • Handle seller support cases, listing errors, and performance-related issues.

Advertising & Promotions:

  •  Plan, execute, and optimize Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, etc.) to maximize ROI.
  • Monitor ad performance, adjust bids, and refine targeting strategies.
  • Identify high-margin SKUs and growth opportunities through market research.

 Market Analysis & Strategy:

  •  Conduct competitive and market research to identify profitable products, pricing strategies, and growth opportunities.
  •  Analyse sales trends and performance data, adjusting strategies for continuous improvement.
  •  Research and source high-potential private label products, managing development from concept to launch.

Reporting & Communication:

  • Generate regular reports on sales, advertising performance, and account health.
  •  Liaise with Amazon Seller Support to resolve listing or performance-related issues.

Qualifications:

  • Intermediate/bachelor’s degree in E-commerce, Marketing, Business or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central, particularly in private label and wholesale.
  • Proven success in product listing optimization, Amazon SEO, and PPC advertising.
  •  In-depth knowledge of Amazon FBA & FBM, Amazon’s algorithms, account policies, and compliance procedures.
  • Proficiency in tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Excel/Google Sheets, and Amazon’s Advertising Console (AMS).
  • Excellent communication, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to turn insights into action.
  • Experience with other platforms like eBay, Shopify, or WooCommerce is a plus.
