We are looking for a motivated and results-oriented Inbound Customer Sales Representative to join our travel team based in Canada. In this role, you will handle incoming inquiries from potential customers, promote a wide range of travel products and services, and convert leads into confirmed bookings. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong sales focus, and a good understanding of the travel industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to inbound calls and customer inquiries related to flights, travel packages, and other services.
- Convert incoming leads into confirmed travel bookings by providing expert advice and tailored travel options.
- Recommend suitable travel products, upgrades, and add-ons to maximize sales opportunities.
- Consistently achieve or surpass monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Efficiently manage price inquiries, itinerary planning, fare rules, and payment processing.
- Upsell additional services such as travel insurance, hotel accommodations, and car rentals.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions within the CRM system.
- Work closely with ticketing and operations teams to ensure a seamless and positive customer experience.
Required Qualifications:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in travel sales or inbound customer service.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to persuade and influence customers.
- Ability to multitask and perform effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Legal authorization to work in Canada.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience with Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Sabre, Amadeus, or Galileo is an advantage.
- This is a full-time, in-person position based in Canada.
- Competitive monthly compensation ranging from Rs60,000 to Rs70,000.
