As a Student Recruitment Associate, you’ll be at the frontline of Ineo’s mission in Pakistan — engaging with students, parents, and schools to inspire dreams of global education.
This isn’t just a role; it’s a launchpad for personal and professional growth. You’ll gain hands-on experience in business development, communications, event management, and social media marketing. You’ll be trusted with real responsibility early on, working directly with a US-based leadership team, while building your own professional network across education, business, and government.
This is a flexible role, designed for current undergraduates and recent graduates — but with the chance to grow quickly into management and leadership positions as we expand.
Key Responsibilities
Student Engagement: Meet and recruit students through school visits, tuition centers, fairs, and community outreach.
Partnership Building: Forge relationships with principals, counselors, and local organizations to strengthen Ineo’s visibility.
Event Organization: Plan and host high-impact info sessions, parent meetings, and recruitment events.
Social Media Leadership: Manage and grow Ineo’s online presence in Pakistan — create engaging content, showcase student success stories, and run campaigns that position you as a thought leader among your peers.
Research & Insights: Stay ahead of immigration news, visa updates, and education trends to provide trusted advice to families.
Operational Excellence: Use Excel and digital tools to track leads, student data, and application progress — keeping the recruitment pipeline running smoothly.
