We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable eCommerce Store Manager / Order Processing Officer to manage daily store operations and ensure efficient order fulfillment. This role is essential in maintaining the smooth functioning of our e-commerce platforms by processing orders, managing inventory, and providing excellent customer service.

- Assist in uploading and maintaining product listings, descriptions, and pricing.
- Track shipments and address any issues with delivery or returns.
- Handle customer inquiries related to orders, shipping, and product availability.
- Perform routine quality checks on products and listings to ensure accuracy.
- Coordinate with suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams to maintain efficient workflows.
- Prior experience in e-commerce order processing or a similar role.
- Familiarity with platforms like Amazon, Walmart, and Shopify is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Excel and order management tools.
