As a Digital Marketing Manager specializing in Infobay (SMC PVT.) Ltd , you will play a pivotal role in shaping our digital presence and enhancing our brand's visibility in the competitive real estate market. Your creative strategies and digital expertise will be instrumental in reaching our business objectives and captivating potential buyers, tenants, and investors.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Strategy Development:

  • Create and implement innovative digital marketing strategies tailored to the real estate industry, considering target audiences, property types, and market trends.
  • Define clear objectives for online campaigns and develop KPIs to measure their success.

Paid Advertising:

  • Strategize and oversee paid digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, social media ads, etc.) to generate leads and amplify brand awareness.
  • Continuously monitor ad performance, adjust strategies as needed, and efficiently manage budget allocation.

Email Marketing:

  • Create and execute targeted email campaigns to nurture leads, promote properties, and engage with potential buyers and investors.
  • Develop strategies for expanding and segmenting the email subscriber list.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Regularly monitor and analyze website and campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, providing valuable reports and insights to stakeholders.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize ongoing campaigns.

Lead Generation and Conversion:

  • Implement strategies to capture and convert leads through effective landing pages, lead magnets, and compelling calls-to-action.
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to ensure seamless lead handoff and follow-up.

Market Research:

  • Stay updated on real estate market trends, monitor competitors' activities, and remain informed about digital marketing advancements within the industry.
  • Identify new opportunities and recommend adjustments to marketing strategies as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Masters preferred).
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on real estate or related industries.
  • In-depth knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media platforms, email marketing, and online advertising.
  • Familiarity with real estate trends and terminology.
