As a Laravel Developer, you will manage a team of 20 individuals, guiding and mentoring them in best practices and helping to create an environment of continuous improvement and learning. You will collaborate closely with project managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions that align with our business objectives. Your technical expertise will be pivotal in optimizing application functionality, troubleshooting issues, and implementing new features. You bring a proactive approach and problem-solving mindset, ensuring that your team's contributions significantly enhance our product offerings. A deep understanding of the Laravel framework is essential for succeeding in this role, and you must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with deadlines.
Responsibilities

Design and develop web applications using the Laravel framework.
Collaborate with the team to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
Lead and mentor a team of 20 developers, fostering a culture of collaboration and learning.

Troubleshoot and resolve application issues promptly to minimize downtime.

Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends related to Laravel and web development.
Participate in project meetings and contribute insights and suggestions for improvement.
Document development processes, code changes, and provide user manuals as necessary.
