You will be the first point of contact for potential learners—guiding them through their decision-making journey with empathy, product knowledge, and confidence. You’ll convert walk-ins, calls, and digital leads into confirmed enrolments while maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction and institutional integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Convert walk-in, telephonic, and online leads into confirmed student enrolments.
  • Provide accurate and clear counselling on IIPD’s technical and professional training programs.
  • Conduct follow-ups to maximize lead conversion and reduce inquiry drop-offs.
  • Deliver personalized consultation for students, working professionals, and industry clients.
  • Maintain strong knowledge of course structures, benefits, fees, and value propositions.
  • Handle objections and concerns with patience, empathy, and solution-oriented thinking.
  • Track and update daily progress on CRM tools, spreadsheets, and reporting software.
  • Maintain up-to-date student records, feedback forms, and performance logs.
  • Support marketing activities, seminars, university visits, and open house events when required.
  • Work closely with trainers, business development, and digital teams to align goals.

 

Required Skills & Traits:

  • Proven experience in student counselling or academic sales (language or training background preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in English and Urdu.
  • Strong understanding of student behavior, motivation, and career aspirations.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and result-driven personality.
  • Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, email communication, and digital documentation.
  • Strong listening, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task under pressure and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with a service-driven and ethical approach.
