1. Prepare a list of routine customers i.e. these customers already in the list of order bookers visits, adding at least 100 shops per month as prospective customers in the company database with all relevant information.it means that as many as 300 new customers will be added to the list of routine customers.
2. The ASM will ensure that all his order bookers regularly visit their routine customers which should not be less than 180 shops per order booker.
3. The ASM will follow the grand sale strategy adopted for a particular year, however, every ASM will have to check out his personal sales plan accordingly to achieve the sales goals.
4. He will coordinate with the display manager, salesman, Distributors as well as customers ensuring both business transactions on a daily basis and keeping his sales team motivated
5. isit the target Market with the team when required and report to the RSM, GM S&M, and higher Management, giving up-to-date feedback; perform Market Analysis and Stress Management; monitor Display Center performance and submit comparative reports to RSM for onward submission to GM Sales and Marketing;
6. Provide service to the customers; record the problems of the Customers and Solve their Issues; Collect customer feedback and market research; report customers’ issues to RSM for onward reporting to GM Sales and Marketing; facilitate analysis of Complaints and take appropriate steps to resolve/remove recurring bugs;
7. Contribute to evaluating and minimizing Customer Complaints; suggest improvements to ensure quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the Display Center to eliminate any product complaint in the region and avoid customer dissatisfaction of service support;
8. Evaluate staff strength; put in efforts and motivate the team to sell Targeted Items and report achievements to RSM for onward submission to GM S&M;
9. Visit five (5) new shops/businesses to generate new business daily; visit Five(5) old /existing shops to warm up relationships; follow and achieve Aggregate of Total Sales of Display, Order Bookers, and Salesmen over and above the agreed target of Display and Area Order Bookers; evaluate progress and percent performance against the monthly targets; meanwhile keep vigilance over Competitors and submit report;

Coordinate with Head Office Marketing Department and RSM for marketing-related matters, display material requirements and supplies, etc.; provide sales support materials such as advertising materials, brochures, fliers, leaflets, pamphlets, flexes, pads, visiting cards, banners, posters, and other ancillary materials on need basis;
12. Coordinate with other Area Display Centers /Branches in mutual support of core business and occasional special issues in the area /city /town /region conveniently covered by the supporting Display Center; give support when solicited in light of “one team one goal” basis;
13. Perform any other official duty or special assignment as directed by the General Manager of Sales & Marketing and/or Senior Management:
