Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads.
Explain products/services clearly and persuasively.
Follow up on leads and maintain consistent communication.
Meet or exceed weekly/monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of calls and sales in CRM.
Requirements:
Minimum Intermediate (FA/FSc); Bachelor's degree preferred.
Prior telesales or call center experience is a plus.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Urdu; basic English is a plus.
Confident, persuasive, and target-driven.
