- Proven experience in heavy equipment maintenance within industrial or plant environments, preferably in the steel manufacturing sector.
Strong hands-on expertise in maintaining and troubleshooting gearboxes, pumps, couplings, bearings, rolls, chain and belt drive systems, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, heat exchangers, and piping systems.
Familiarity with Electric Overhead Traveling (EOT) Cranes and related maintenance procedures.
Ability to read and interpret technical and mechanical drawings accurately.
Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in team supervision, coordination, and task delegation.
Proficiency in using MS Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for maintenance reporting and documentation.
Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) and ERP platforms for planning, tracking, and logging maintenance activities
