We are looking for a motivated Junior Sales Closer to join our energetic team and help drive revenue growth through effective sales techniques. This role is ideal for someone who excels in persuasive communication and enjoys working in a fast-paced sales environment focused on closing deals. You will be responsible for engaging potential clients, building strong relationships, and implementing sales strategies that maximize conversion rates and contribute to the company’s success.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with potential clients to identify and convert high-potential leads into paying customers through persuasive communication. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while expanding our international customer base. Apply proven sales tactics to increase conversion rates and drive revenue growth. Confidently handle objections and overcome customer hesitations using expert negotiation skills. Work closely with senior closers and sales managers to refine sales strategies and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
Required Qualifications
A Bachelor’s degree or Intermediate education with at least one year of sales experience is preferred; however, freshers with strong English communication skills are encouraged to apply. Exceptional communication skills in English, both fluent and confident, are essential for effectively persuading and engaging clients. A sales-driven mindset with a passion for closing deals and consistently achieving targets is required. Strong negotiation skills to handle objections and convert prospects into customers are necessary. Candidates should demonstrate resilience, a growth-oriented attitude, and a willingness to learn, adapt, and excel in a competitive sales environment.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from Rs40,000 to Rs60,000 per month, with additional commissions paid in USD, providing an opportunity to increase earnings based on performance.
