We are looking for a well-spoken, organized, and proactive Female Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate should be able to manage front desk duties while providing administrative and client support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional manner

  • Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments

  • Write clear and professional emails for internal and external communication

  • Conduct basic web research as required by different departments

  • Maintain and update Excel records and reports

  • Support the team with general administrative tasks

  • Coordinate with clients and ensure timely follow-ups

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent

  • Strong communication skills in English and Urdu

  • Proficient in MS Excel and basic office software

  • Ability to write clear, professional emails

  • Internet research skills

  • Presentable, punctual, and responsible attitude

  • Prior experience in a similar role will be a plus
