The Junior Manager Projects will also be responsible for maintaining strong communication with clients and addressing any concerns in a timely manner, ensuring high levels of satisfaction. Responsibilities

Assist in the planning, scheduling, and management of all project phases, ensuring timely execution and adherence to quality standards.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients during projects, maintaining open lines of communication and addressing questions or concerns effectively.
Coordinate activities among design, production, logistics, and installation teams to promote seamless project delivery.
Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and optimize resource allocation to prevent cost overruns, ensuring financial efficiency.
Ensure all installations meet both company quality standards and client specifications, conducting inspections as necessary.
Proactively identify and resolve project-related issues, minimizing potential delays and disruptions to the project timeline.
Prepare and deliver regular project progress reports to senior management, highlighting key milestones, risks, and resolutions.
Engage with vendors and suppliers to procure materials, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with project schedules.
Support the team in enhancing skills and capabilities through mentorship and training, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Implement project management tools and software for better efficiency in tracking projects and resources.
