Officer Billing

Interwood Mobel Pvt Limited is seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Officer Billing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating customer receipts and accounts receivable invoices while maintaining accuracy in all financial transactions. This role does not involve managing a team but requires excellent organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other departments. The Officer Billing will play a crucial role in ensuring the financial integrity of retail sales through various cash handling processes and accurate record-keeping.
Responsibilities

Generate customer receipts, accounts receivable invoices, and necessary adjustments for retail sales using the Point of Sale (POS) system.
Handle various payment types, including cash, checks, and credit card deposits, ensuring all transactions are accurate and reconciled with physical cash and daybook records in a timely manner.
Assist walk-in customers at the showroom by providing information, processing transactions, and answering inquiries to enhance customer satisfaction.
Manage payments to employees and vendors as needed, ensuring prompt and accurate disbursement of funds.
Prepare and submit withholding tax adjustments and showroom daybooks to management daily to maintain compliance and transparency.
Ensure the timely deposit of cash and checks into the bank, including depositing excess cash, while maintaining precise records of all transactions.
Maintain and organize account vouchers, files, and other financial records to facilitate easy retrieval and accountability.
Collaborate effectively with other teams and departments to ensure seamless operations and resolve any billing-related issues promptly.
Perform any additional tasks or responsibilities as assigned by the management to support the overall functioning of the billing department.
