Interwood Mobel Pvt Limited is seeking a Regional Sales Coordinator to enhance our sales operations and drive efficiency in the coordination of sales activities across regions. In this role, you will ensure effective communication within the sales team and liaise with other departments to facilitate order readiness and timely deliveries. With strong communication skills and a keen understanding of sales strategies, you will implement sales plans and vigorously monitor their progress, providing vital support that helps the sales team achieve their targets. The ideal candidate will possess problem-solving abilities and a strong aptitude for data analysis, enabling them to identify trends and recommend improvements to sales strategies while maintaining product knowledge. This position does not involve managing a team, allowing for a focused approach on sales coordination tasks and responsibilities that directly uplift the sales performance of our organization. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the sales team by managing schedules, ensuring timely communication of relevant information, and properly filing important documents.
  • Follow up with the Sales, Factory, and Supply Chain Management (SCM) departments to ensure updates on order readiness and track any delivery issues.
  • Maintain and provide updates on open orders, coordinating with the factory to ensure smooth operations regarding order fulfillment and prompt delivery.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to prepare and execute daily, weekly, and monthly sales plans that align with company objectives and targets.
  • Rigorously monitor and push the sales plan to ensure all goals are met, reporting any exceptions or challenges in a timely and effective manner.
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to handle cross-functional issues, ensuring that all relevant stakeholders are appropriately consulted and updated.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with stakeholders related to deliveries to maintain transparency and ensure commitments are met.
  • Provide comprehensive support to the sales team for various sales operations tasks, streamlining processes and enhancing efficiency.
  • Engage with project management tools and CRM software to monitor sales analytics and improve overall sales strategies and performance.
  • Execute any other tasks assigned by the manager, demonstrating a proactive approach and a willingness to take on new challenges as they arise.
