Responsibilities

Conduct daily audits of dispatches, inwards, outwards, and receiving records to ensure accuracy.
Perform daily reconciliation of deliveries, returns, complaints, damage movements, and stock transfers to maintain inventory integrity.
Review guards' registers and monitor pending in-transit inventory to prevent discrepancies.
Assess open inventory transfer requests and monitor customer delivery receiving records weekly.
Execute weekly audits of complaints, replacements, and partially dispatched orders to validate operations.
Conduct random weekly physical audits of outward inventory, ensuring precise inventory counts and accuracy.
Manage the review of general store issuance processes and maintain comprehensive documentation.
Participate in bi-annual physical stock counts, ensuring adherence to internal controls and regulatory compliance.
Identify and document gaps in internal controls while proposing actionable improvements to enhance processes.
Utilize analytical skills to assess and report on discard/damaged inventory and assist in internal reporting functions.
