We are looking for a female Office Admin Assistant to manage daily office tasks and support the management team. The role requires someone organized, reliable, and good at multitasking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office documents, invoices, and correspondence

  • Handle incoming/outgoing mail and packages

  • Coordinate meetings and internal communication

  • Maintain office supplies and inventory

  • Assist in organizing events and meetings

  • Track expenses and process reimbursements

  • Maintain accurate filing and records

  • Submit a daily approved hourly work report (required for payment)

  • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  • Female candidate (as per role requirement)

  • Prior office/admin experience preferred

  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Strong communication and organization skills
