Quran Tutor

We are seeking a dedicated Online Instructor to join our office-based team. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality virtual instruction in basic computer skills—including internet usage, Microsoft Paint, Zoom, and Skype—alongside Quran reading with proper Tajweed. This role requires working from our office location, and compensation will commence upon successful completion of the training period.

Key Responsibilities:

Quran Instruction:

Teach students to read the Quran with proper Tajweed.
Assist students in memorizing Surahs.
Develop individualized teaching strategies based on each student's pace.

Basic Computer Skills Instruction:

Deliver lessons on fundamental computer operations, including:
Internet usage: browsing, searching, and online safety.
Microsoft Paint: creating and editing simple graphics.
Zoom and Skype: setting up accounts, scheduling meetings, and utilizing features for effective communication.
Ensure students gain practical skills needed to operate a computer effectively.

General Duties:

Prepare and deliver comprehensive lesson plans for online instruction.
Conduct live virtual classes from the office using various online teaching platforms.
Assess and monitor students' progress, providing timely and constructive feedback.
Maintain accurate records of students' performance and attendance.
Participate in professional development opportunities to stay current with educational best practices.

Requirements:

Educational Background:

Minimum Intermediate education (Higher Secondary School Certificate or equivalent).
Quranic Knowledge:
Proficiency in Quran reading with proper Tajweed.
Ability to teach Quranic studies effectively.
Computer Skills:Proficiency in basic computer operations, including:
Internet usage.
Microsoft Paint.
Zoom and Skype.
Language Skills:
Proficiency in English, with strong communication skills.

Additional Skills:

Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities.
Experience in online teaching is preferred but not mandatory.

Additional Details:

Office-Based Position: This role requires daily attendance at our office location.
Training Period: A comprehensive training program will be provided to familiarize you with our systems and teaching methodologies.
Salary: Compensation will begin after the successful completion of the training period.
