Key Responsibilities:
Team Management: Recruit, onboard, and supervise virtual assistants (VAs) to ensure high-quality service delivery.
Workflow Oversight: Assign tasks, monitor progress, and maintain quality control across all projects.
Client Communication: Act as a liaison between VAs and Australian clients, handling basic queries and escalating issues when necessary.
Reporting: Provide weekly updates on team performance and project statuses.
Tool Management: Utilize platforms like Trello, Slack, and Google Drive to streamline operations.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in team coordination, project management, or BPO operations.
- Excellent English communication skills (both spoken and written).
- Proficiency with remote collaboration tools (e.g., Trello, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom).
- Strong organizational skills and a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours to overlap with Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT).
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with international clients.
- Background in administrative support, social media, or digital services.
- Familiarity with CRM tools, automation platforms, or e-commerce systems.
