The role of Program Manager (PM) is a critical position at IQF. A successful Program Manager will be responsible for operating, monitoring, guiding, inspiring and helping batches of 100 IQF Fellows to achieve their professional goals in IT Skill Development, improve their communication skills, develop critical thinking skills and confidence in their own potential.
- Candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the IQF Career Prep Fellowship batches from start to end (6 months for the Fellowship and beyond that for ongoing support).
- Candidate will be the primary curriculum development fellow monitor and evaluating the Program providing detailed feedback to Fellows on their experiential learning projects, supporting them in their job applications and interview preparation, and providing them one-on-one career counseling to help them progress towards their professional goals and grow and develop as individuals.
