We are currently seeking motivated and driven Assistant Manager Sales to join our dynamic team at ISMMART Group of Industries. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and supporting our sales team in achieving their targets. Your primary responsibility will be to assist the Sales Manager in overseeing the sales operations and ensuring the smooth functioning of the sales department.
Responsibilities:
- Actively prospect, qualify, and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers, effectively showcasing the features and benefits of our offerings.
- Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions, demonstrating a deep understanding of our products/services and their value proposition.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing ongoing support and exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring a win-win outcome for both the customer and the company.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, consistently striving for sales growth and business expansion.
- Continuously update product knowledge and stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and customer support, to ensure customer satisfaction and a seamless customer experience.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a similar role or industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- Results-driven mindset, with a passion for exceeding expectations and driving sales growth.
- Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing customer needs.
