We are looking for a motivated IT professional to join our team and provide first-level support while ensuring the smooth operation of our network infrastructure. The successful candidate will handle hardware and software issues, maintain IT equipment, and assist with network troubleshooting and configuration. This role demands a proactive individual who can work independently and collaboratively, with a strong emphasis on network security and performance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-level user support for hardware and software issues.
- Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and software.
- Assist with network troubleshooting, configuration, and ongoing maintenance.
- Monitor network performance to ensure system availability and reliability.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve network issues while maintaining security and efficiency.
- Document IT procedures, network configurations, and maintain inventory records.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex network problems.
- Configure and manage routers, switches, and firewalls to ensure network security and optimal performance.
- Implement and manage network redundancy and failover mechanisms.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in providing IT support and troubleshooting.
- At least one year of hands-on experience in network engineering, including network design, implementation, and support.
- Strong knowledge of hardware and software installation, configuration, and maintenance.
- Extensive understanding of networking principles and protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.
- Experience with networking equipment including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools and best practices in network security.
- Practical knowledge and experience with Mikrotik routers.
- Strong problem-solving skills and great attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to work in shift rotations, including morning and evening shifts.
- Age between 26 and 30 years.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- This is a full-time position suitable for freshers with relevant skills and experience.
- Monthly salary ranges from Rs40,000 to Rs50,000.
- The position is based in Rawalpindi, with preference given to candidates who can reliably commute or are willing to relocate before starting work.
