IT Network Administrator

We are looking for a dedicated IT Support Specialist to oversee and maintain the IT infrastructure of our organization. The successful candidate will provide daily technical support, ensure the stability of our network and servers, and quickly address any system errors. This role demands hands-on experience with networking hardware, software installation, and network security, combined with strong troubleshooting skills. The position is full-time and requires on-site presence.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily IT support tasks to ensure uninterrupted operations.
- Monitor networking equipment and servers to maintain high performance and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system errors, connectivity problems, and other technical issues.
- Assess hardware, software, and network connectivity to identify and resolve faults.
- Install, test, and monitor servers and new software applications to support business needs.
- Perform routine data backups and verify data integrity to prevent loss.
- Implement updates and improvements to network systems as required.
- Maintain accurate records of IT assets, including equipment, software, and licenses.
- Manage IT inventory efficiently to support operational demands.
- Install and maintain Network Video Recorders (NVR) and CCTV camera systems.
- Demonstrate expertise in managing TMG Server environments to ensure security and performance.
- Configure and manage domains, IP addressing schemes, static IPs, online devices, and application servers.
- Execute network security protocols, database backup, replication, tuning, and system imaging tasks to safeguard data and optimize performance.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of professional experience in IT support or network administration.
- Mandatory certifications including CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate) and MCSE (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer).
- Strong logical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Comprehensive understanding of software, operating systems, and network infrastructure.
- Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and collaborate within a team environment.
