Located in Lahore, this full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team focused on providing technical support and ensuring the seamless operation of restaurant technology systems. The role requires managing support requests, troubleshooting technical issues, and collaborating with internal teams to maintain high service quality and minimize downtime. The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in IT support, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to handle technical incidents efficiently and effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess the urgency and business impact of all support requests received via calls and emails.
- Conduct initial troubleshooting by systematically eliminating potential root causes to identify the source of incidents.
- Escalate unresolved issues promptly to the appropriate internal teams following established procedures.
- Maintain ownership of technical issues related to restaurant services, ensuring timely resolution within agreed timelines.
- Perform comprehensive root cause analysis and recommend preventive measures to avoid recurrence of incidents.
- Accurately record incident resolutions in the system and communicate updates to all relevant managers.
- Create and maintain a knowledge base, technical notes, and articles to document technical knowledge.
- Assist with the installation, administration, and testing of operating systems, software, network switches, cabling, and related equipment under the guidance of the Team Lead.
- Support the Network team in developing, monitoring, and implementing network security procedures to protect all networking systems.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a technical support role.

Additional Information:
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Lahore. The starting salary is Rs60,000 per month. The application deadline is 5th July 2025, with an expected start date of 14th July 2025.
