Branch Manager - Bakery

You will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the branch, ensuring everything runs smoothly, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will lead a dedicated team, ensure product quality, and maintain operational efficiency, all while upholding the values and reputation of our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the bakery, including inventory management, staff supervision, and quality control.
Lead, train, and motivate a team of bakers and customer service staff to deliver outstanding service and quality products.
Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet and exceed business targets.
Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe environment.
Address customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback with professionalism and care.
Manage stock levels, order supplies, and ensure efficient product turnover.
Collaborate with senior management on marketing strategies, promotions, and community engagement.
Foster a positive and motivating work environment for staff development and retention.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in bakery management or a similar role in the foodservice industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
A passion for baking and delivering top-quality products.
Ability to manage budgets, track expenses, and meet financial goals.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and operational best practices.
