Facility and Equipment Inspection: Regularly inspect facilities, equipment, food products, and materials to ensure compliance with government regulations and company standards.
Development of Inspection Procedures: Create and implement efficient inspection procedures to maintain high safety standards.
Staff Training: Provide comprehensive training to staff on food safety procedures, ensuring they understand and adhere to safety protocols.
Compliance Monitoring: Oversee daily operations to ensure compliance with food safety regulations and promptly address any deviations.
Sanitation Coordination: Work closely with sanitation teams to optimize cleaning protocols and maintain a hygienic environment.
Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of inspections, findings, and corrective actions, and report to facility management.
Regulatory Review: Stay updated with food safety regulations to ensure ongoing compliance and implement necessary changes, especially Halal, ISO, GMPs, etc.
Analysis: Investigate causes of food safety incidents and develop corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Product Development Collaboration: Work with product management teams to ensure new products meet safety standards.
Third-Party Coordination: Coordinate with external inspection agencies for necessary audits and certifications.
