Key Responsibilities
Design, deliver, and manage end-to-end technical solutions that align with organizational goals. Lead architectural initiatives and provide thought leadership within the architect community. Act as a stream lead at the CIO/CTO level for both internal and external clients, ensuring technology strategies support business objectives. Oversee operations related to market development and service delivery excellence. Serve as a role model within the local professional community by promoting best practices and continuous improvement. Assess project risks and technical feasibility to guide successful implementation. Define system architecture, interfaces, and solution principles to maintain consistency and scalability in software design.
Required Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in solution architecture with a strong blend of business acumen and technical knowledge. Proficiency in software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and Agile frameworks. Expertise in cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). Solid understanding of architectural frameworks including Capgemini Integrated Architecture Framework (IAF) and TOGAF 9 or equivalent. Technical proficiency in programming languages and tools like Java, Python, C#, APIs, Docker, Kubernetes, and DevOps practices. Experience working with relational databases including Oracle, SQL Server, and Cassandra. Skilled in project governance, risk assessment, and change management. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership capabilities. Ability to navigate difficult conversations, negotiate effectively, and influence decision-making processes.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Possession of Capgemini Architects certification level 2 or higher is highly desirable. Additional solution certifications and recognized industry credentials such as TOGAF 9 are preferred. Familiarity with Salesforce and SAP integration, ETL tools, and automation frameworks adds value.
