Rider

A Rider is responsible for the safe and timely delivery and collection of financial documents, cheques, and other banking materials between the bank and its clients or other branches. This role is crucial for ensuring the efficient operation of banking services, particularly in urban areas like Karachi, Lahore, and Islamabad.

Key Responsibilities

Document Delivery & Collection: Transport financial documents, cheques, and invoices between the bank and clients or other branches. Ensure all items are delivered and collected promptly and securely.
Bank Transactions: Perform tasks such as deposits, withdrawals, and cheque submissions as required. Handle cash and sensitive financial documents with utmost care and confidentiality.
Record Maintenance: Maintain accurate records of deliveries and collections, including timestamps and recipient details. Report any discrepancies or issues immediately to the supervisor.
Route Planning: Plan and follow efficient routes to ensure timely deliveries and collections, considering traffic conditions and other factors.
Vehicle Maintenance: Ensure the delivery vehicle (motorcycle, bicycle, or scooter) is in good working condition. Perform regular checks and maintenance as needed.
Customer Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients and bank staff, providing updates on delivery status and addressing any concerns.

Qualifications and Skills

Education: Minimum of Matriculation (10th grade).
Experience: Prior experience in delivery riding or related roles is preferred but not mandatory.
License: Valid motorcycle license and knowledge of city routes.
Skills: Good communication skills, punctuality, and reliability.
Physical Fitness: Ability to lift and carry packages of varying sizes.
