We’re looking for a full-time Full-Stack Developer who can work independently, write clean code, and deliver results. This is a remote, async-friendly role with a workload of around 38 hours per week, and clear performance-based bonuses tied to project value.
You’ll be using AI-assisted tools like Cursor to boost productivity and output, and building end-to-end applications across our growing product suite.
What You’ll Do:
- Build and maintain full-stack SaaS applications using Next.js (App Router)
- Work with tools like Prisma, PostgreSQL, Supabase, AWS and Stripe
- Deploy and manage apps via Vercel (preferred)
- Use Cursor to accelerate development and automate repetitive tasks
- Collaborate directly with the founder and ship fast
- Optimize for clean UI/UX (UI design skills are a big bonus)
What You Should Bring:
- 2+ years experience with Next.js, React, and modern web app development
- Familiarity with full-stack workflows: backend APIs, database models, and auth
Experience (or high comfort) with:
- PostgreSQL / Prisma
- Supabase
- Stripe integrations
- Vercel (preferred)
- Huge Bonus: React Native experience for mobile builds
- Bonus: UI design skills (Tailwind, component libraries, good UX sense)
- Self-management and solid communication in async environments
