We are  is seeking a proactive and results-driven Sales Manager to lead B2B sales initiatives and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years of experience in B2B sales, with a preference for expertise in the masterbatch industry. A background in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, or Polymer/Chemical Engineering is highly desirable, along with proficiency in point-of-sale tools and lead generation techniques.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets in the B2B sector.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the company’s market presence.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
  • Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions to enhance satisfaction and retention.
  • Utilize lead generation tools and techniques to identify and qualify potential clients.
  •  Leverage industry knowledge to target the masterbatch and polymer sectors effectively.
  • Track sales performance, analyze market trends, and prepare detailed reports for senior management.
  • Develop and monitor sales forecasts to ensure alignment with company goals.
  • Collaborate with marketing, production, and R&D teams to align sales efforts with business objectives.
  • Provide feedback to internal teams on market trends and client requirements.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration, or Polymer/Chemical Engineering (preferred).
  • Experience: 4-5 years of proven B2B sales experience, with preference for candidates with masterbatch industry exposure.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in point-of-sale tools and lead generation strategies.
  • Familiarity with the polymer and masterbatch market is a plus.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications in sales, marketing, or industry-specific courses are advantageous.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
