This includes analyzing data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for energy savings.Development and Implementation of Energy Efficiency Projects: Leading initiatives aimed at improving energy efficiency, such as retrofitting equipment, optimizing processes, and implementing new technologies.Employee Awareness Programs:Initiatives aimed at educating employees on energy-saving practices contributing to a culture of energy conservation.Performance Metrics and Reporting: Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the energy utilization across factory.Conducting Energy Audits: Leading energy assessments to assess energy usage and identify areas for improvement in utilities as well as production (shop floor) areas.Are you a fit?A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Environmental Engineering or Energy Engineering with preferably 2-3 years .Basic understanding of local, national, and international energy regulations, standards, and best practices.Integrity, self-driven mindset and effective stakeholder management
