Department: INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY . The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in English linguistics, phonetics, grammar, and communication pedagogy, and will support learners across a range of language levels.Key Responsibilities:Conduct interactive training sessions on English language skills including grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, speaking, listening, reading, and writing.Teach core linguistics concepts related to English such as phonology, morphology, syntax, semantics, pragmatics, discourse, and sociolinguistics.Design curriculum, lesson plans, and training materials tailored to learners' needs—ranging from beginner to advanced proficiency.Deliver training both virtually and in person, using a variety of instructional methods to accommodate diverse learning styles.Provide targeted instruction in accent neutralization, business communication, email etiquette, and cross-cultural communication where required.Assess and track learners’ progress through assessments, presentations, and performance evaluations.Provide personalized coaching and feedback to support learner improvement.Collaborate with training teams and stakeholders to align instruction with organizational communication standards or academic goals.Stay up to date with developments in English language teaching, instructional technology, and applied linguistics.Tools / SkillsRequired Qualifications:Master’s degree in English, Linguistics, Applied Linguistics, English Language Teaching, or a related field.Minimum 2–3 years of .Excellent command of English with strong verbal and written communication skills.Sound knowledge of linguistic structure and usage of the English language..Familiarity with learning management systems (LMS) and video conferencing platforms (e.g., Zoom, MS Teams).Preferred Qualifications:TESOL, CELTA, TEFL, or equivalent English language teaching certification..Background in accent training or business English communication is a plus.Familiarity with CEFR (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages) levels and assessment methods.Additional InformationTotal
