Want to join the ride?Main Responsibilities:Continuously develop understanding how to create value for customer and customers business.Identify upselling opportunities with the customer and coordinate within own organization.Optimise assets such as inventories, receivables, fixed assets etc tied to the agreementEnsure quality of work related to the agreement executionDevelopment of competent agreement management resourcesOperations & Maintenance management for assigned plantResponsible for all activities relating to the daily agreement management at the power plant inclusive of planning and implementation of plant operations & maintenance.Communicate effectively with the plant team relative to the condition of the plant equipment and performance and to provide suggestions for improvementsEnsure skilled and motivated agreement management personnel to assure good teamwork.Responsible for implementation of plant QEHS policyEstablish and implement standard Agreement Management procedures and processesPrepare reports, plans and budgets as instructed by the Agreement ManagerIdentify and actively seek to improve the plant performance.Development Responsibilities:Building a competitive and motivated team of agreement management personnelDevelop the agreement management working routines at the plan.Requirements:.Prior .Understanding of workplace safety.Other desired Skills:Communication SkillsManagement & Negotiation SkillsCost awareness & effectivenessProblem Solving & decision makingQuality, Health, Safety & Environment awarenessPresentation SkillsTeam BuildingWorkplace ICT equipment & applicationsWhy you and us?You are valuated – as your true self.
