Monitoring & EvaluationRegularly monitor teaching practices through classroom observations and feedback sessions.Track student academic performance through assessments, result analysis, and reporting.Recommend interventions for underperforming students and strategies to improve learning outcomes.4. Teacher Support & Professional DevelopmentSupport teacher recruitment, orientation, and evaluation processes.Identify professional development needs and arrange training and capa.Mentor and guide teaching staff on instructional best practices and classroom management.5.
