Claims Communication Coordinator

.In this role, you’ll be responsible for handling all forms of communication related to claims—working closely with clients, legal teams, internal departments, and law enforcement. You’ll play a critical role in maintaining clarity, accuracy, and professionalism in all correspondence tied to the claims lifecycle.Key Responsibilities:Draft formal letters and notices to clients, legal representatives, and other stakeholders regarding claim updates, resolutions, and next steps.Prepare and organize supporting documentation for legal proceedings; coordinate with legal advisors to ensure compliance with procedural requirements.Serve as the communication point for law enforcement agencies to facilitate the exchange of relevant case information.Manage incoming and outgoing email communications related to claims, ensuring timely and accurate responses.Maintain detailed records of all claims-related correspondence, documentation, and communication history for audit and compliance purposes.Support the broader claims and legal team with documentation reviews, file organization, and administrative coordination as needed.Candidate Profile:Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Law, or a relevant discipline.2+ years of .Strong command of written and spoken English; Urdu fluency is an advantage.Familiarity with legal documentation and court protocols.Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and email management systems.Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to handle confidential matters discreetly..00 - Rs50,000.00 per monthWork
