The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing the admissions process for students applying to international universities. This role involves providing pre-admission support, processing applications, and ensuring a smooth and efficient admissions process for our clients.Key Responsibilities:Manage and process student applications for various international universities.Review and verify application documents for completeness and accuracy.Communicate with students to obtain any missing information or documentation.Provide a frontline support service, in identifying and resolving issues related to international student applicationsThe officer must oversee the completion of all relevant forms, checklist and supporting documents and ensure that all the information provided by the students is accurate and correct by verifying all documents.Liaise with partner universities to stay updated on admission requirements, deadlines, and procedures.Ensure timely submission of applications and follow-up with universities on application status.Coordinate with university representatives for interviews, assessments, and other admission-related activities.Maintain accurate records of student applications, communications, and decisions in our database.Prepare regular reports on application statuses, admission outcomes, and other relevant metrics.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (.).Previous .Strong understanding of international university admission requirements and processes.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.What We Offer:Competitive .Opportunities for professional growth and development.A supportive and collaborative work environment.The chance to make a positive impact on students' lives and future careers..00 - Rs55,000.00 per monthWork
