We are seeking an experienced MuleSoft Integration Specialist with 5 to 8+ years of hands-on experience delivering projects using MuleSoft (v4.x), REST, and SOAP web services. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of implementing MuleSoft technology across multiple projects, demonstrating strong expertise in various connectors, integration patterns, and message formats within Mule ESB. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS and S3 is advantageous, along with proficiency in tools like Eclipse, SOAP UI, Maven (including Mavenized project creation), and Postman. Experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins or equivalents is essential, as is working knowledge of databases including Oracle, SQL Server, and MySQL. Candidates should also be skilled in code versioning tools like TeamCity and GitHub, and have experience developing JUnit/MUnit test cases. Exposure to Agile methodologies and multi-domain integration tools will be considered a plus.
In this role, you will be responsible for the technical solution design and development of integration projects, participating in code reviews and architecture discussions to ensure high-quality deliverables. You will create detailed technical design documentation, analyze and understand project requirements, and provide accurate development effort estimations. Supporting various testing phases such as SIT and UAT, along with addressing production defect fixes and managing change requests, will be key aspects of your responsibilities. You will also identify and escalate technical challenges or delays that may impact project timelines, collaborating closely with peers and partners across the organization. Clear communication of technical vision while aligning with business requirements is critical to success in this position.
Strong business and consulting skills are required, including excellent oral and written communication abilities and proficiency with Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio. A solid understanding of business processes across multiple focus areas or modules is important, as is the ability to conduct thorough research and execute detailed tasks. Communicating project direction and client concerns, understanding client business and technical environments, preparing regular status reports, and managing project engagements at a detailed level will be part of your duties. You will direct team activities to ensure project quality, client satisfaction, and profitability, while performing personnel performance evaluations and development planning.
